Bot Detection & Protection is the central detection module of BYB Bot Protection Pro. It identifies known bots, crawlers, automated access and suspicious browser requests and can log or block them depending on the selected settings.

Different protection levels allow the module to be adapted flexibly to the requirements of your website. Custom bot patterns and exceptions can also be defined.

An integrated test makes it possible to check user agents in advance and review the current protection behavior.

Bot Detection & Protection provides the foundation for bot detection within BYB and can be combined with additional protection modules.
