You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post, by email, or by using the electronic withdrawal function on this page.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period if the statutory requirements are fulfilled.
For paid digital content, this requires in particular that performance has begun, that you expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, that you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and that you received the legally required contract confirmation.
If these statutory requirements have not been fulfilled, an existing statutory right of withdrawal is not lost merely because the software was offered as a digital download.
